We are trying to live it up one last week together, and it is impossible to describe how bittersweet this feeling of leaving is. I am extremely sad that I will be leaving Prague and wish that I never had to. Not only have I met some of the most amazing people in the world, but I have changed so much for the better.
So for our last weekend together as a crew, we decided to do everything we love one last time at home in Praha! My friend Jacob (the one who I met up with in Rome) came for the weekend as well, so I was really excited! Jacob got into town on Friday, and I went to the Florenc bus stop to get him! We went downtown with Matt and showed him some of the sights to see!

Matt was with me, showing Jacob around, so we went to our favorite spot in Prague, which is called Vysehrad. It is so peaceful and has the best view of Prague! We climbed a wall that probably tells us not to (we can’t read the sign) and watched our city live! I love seeing things from above and just taking the time to appreciate how amazing my home is!

That night was the Magnetic Music Festival, and I went with my friends from the dorm! We took a bus to the middle of nowhere and had an amazing night. I had a great time.

Saturday morning, I woke up and met Jacob in the lobby to go get breakfast. We ended up walking around the castle and seeing everything there is up there! We ran into this wild and very weird Battle of the Nations event, where men dressed from the past were beating the crap out of each other with swords and axes! We, of course, bought tickets to see it, and it was awesome!

We spent a couple of hours there and then went to get dinner with Jacob’s friend Ryan and Ryan’s friend Jonah! Oh, did we have a fun night! Dinner at the Red Banner was great (as usual), and then we went to an absinthe bar! We bought $75 worth of absinthe and then went to PoPo Cafe, which is one of my favorite bars/clubs in Prague. It is just a small, local, and fun place to go for a medium amount of a wild night! We danced for hours and had such a good night!
On Sunday, we enjoyed soccer outside on the dorm fields! Sassi and Mamo were playing, so it was always fun to watch them. They are incredible!
We got brunch after that with the Colorado kids and then adventured to the dancing house, the parliament building, and walked around the river! Luke, Jacob, Matt, and I all went to get dinner and watch the sunset together after dinner. We watched it above the school, and it was the perfect way to end my last weekend with my friends in Prague!
